SMS Terms and Privacy
4C Builders Inc, doing business as 4C Builds ("4C Builds"), sends text messages to employees who have agreed in writing to receive them.
What we send: Automated reminders about incomplete timesheets and daily job logs, sent up to 5 times per day per employee while an entry is incomplete. We do not send marketing messages under this program.
Consent: Employees opt in by signing a written text consent form. Consent is not a condition of employment.
Opting out and help: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP, call 406-250-3827, or email sales@4cbuilds.com for help.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Privacy: We use your mobile number only to send these messages. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service provider that delivers our messages.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
